Suiting to your applications requirements
Based on your system requirements or performance you want to achieve, we can design custom actuators, electronics or full mechatronic precision motion systems.
On the left you see a vibration isolation platform that was designed and built to proof the principle of magnetic suspension. With the negative stiffness of the reluctance actuator and positive stiffness of leaf flexures, we could create a combined zero-stiffness isolator. This achieved a resonance frequency of 5 Hz with very affordable manufacturing of parts, proofing the principle feasible.
As mechatronics system engineers we are capable of designing a large variety of systems with reluctance actuators as the underlying actuation technology.
